CPL Carbon Link to exhibit new product at UK AD & Biogas 2016
CPL Carbon Link will be exhibiting a new product at the UK AD & Biogas 2016 trade show at the NEC in Birmingham on July 6th and 7th.
The new product - Filtracarb® EXR4-D is manufactured from thermally reactivated 4mm pellets in the UK and has been designed to have exceptionally low moisture levels and very low dust for use in final gas polishing of Gas to Grid (G2G) installations.
Steve Bell, Managing Director of CPL Carbon Link, said: “Starting up of gas upgrade plants after a carbon change can be an expensive process for G2G biogas manufacturers due to the stringent specification requirements that need to be achieved before the biomethane is allowed into the grid.
“Typically the gas is flared off for several weeks until it hits the correct moisture and particulate levels.
“With CPL Carbon Link’s Filtracarb® EXR4-D and our outstanding logistics platform we can ensure the activated carbon is delivered dust free and just in time to prevent moisture pick up from the point of manufacture to installation on site – thus significantly increasing the operator profitability as the plant will come back online much quicker.”
CPL Carbon Link also offers the consumer Regen-Sys® - a comprehensive activated carbon management service.
“Spent activated carbon can be emptied from filter vessels on site by our experienced vessel service team, replaced and the waste product regenerated at our state of the art facilities in the UK,” added Steve.
The two day exhibition will bring together the world’s leading international technology and product suppliers under one roof, along with some of the most engaging and knowledgeable minds in the industry.
As well as the trade show, there is a two-day conference and seminar programme with speakers from across the globe discussing broad topics, as well as practical ‘how-to’ sessions that will help everyone run their businesses more effectively.
